If your cards arrive damaged or with a printing error caused by us, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.3. Custom Products & Refunds
As our cards are personalised and custom-printed, we do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or if you provided an incorrect Instagram handle/ phone number. Please ensure the information you enter is correct before submitting your order.4. Pricing & GST
All prices are in AUD. We are not registered for GST; therefore, GST is not charged on your order.
